A table is provided for cake, cupcakes (no pizza or hot food) & party favors in Park Slope Only. No food or drinks are allowed at our ClayHouse studio.  Masks optional in ParkSlope and Clayhouse Brooklyn. 

Party Fee $50 will be charged and is an additional cost of the party which will reserve your party on the calendar, including a dedicated Painted Pot team member, glazing, firing, materials and will allow for cupcakes/cake at the end of party.  Party Fee will not be  deducted from total price of party nor will it be refunded for cancellation. If you have less than 8 guests, make a reservation online for painting, paying for the pottery only without party options.

All guests attending the party are required to participate. It’s necessary to know the exact number of participants before your party 5 days in advance.

The Painted Pot welcomes parties for all occasions. Let us help you celebrate your next birthday, bachelorette, baby or bridal shower, company party, or any corporate event. VAN GOGH PARTY (KIDS)
Duration: 90 minutes
  • We only allow cake/cupcakes and drinks at this time.
  • Only 1-4 parents are allowed to stay in the studio. All parties are drop-off.  
  • The booking fee is $50 paid to confirm the date and will not be deducted from the total bill.  The booking fee is paid via a private link once details are settled.

  • 6-8 participants-Cost: $320 (9-10 participants additional $35 each)              
  • 11-14 participants -Cost: $540 (15-18 participants, additional $35 each)      
  • 19-25 participants – Cost $950 (each additional participant $35)
  • Gratuity of 15-20% of total bill is paid to your host team member                   
  • Minimum of 8 guests. We require a firm headcount 5 days before the event. If less guests show up, you are still charged the amount of the final headcount.
  • Painters select from a designated party shelf with the options of: Figurines, boxes, mugs, and banks 
  • The pottery will be available for the host to pick up a week from the event.
CANVAS PAINTING PARTY (KIDS)
Duration: 90 minutes
  • We only allow cake/cupcakes and drinks at this time.
  • Only 1-4 parents are allowed to stay in the studio. All parties are drop-off.
  • The booking fee is $50 paid to confirm the date and will not be deducted from total of bill.

  • Guests will be painting a canvas with a pre-selected design drawn on. An instructor will guide them through the process. They will take their canvases home at the end of the event
CLAY HAND-BUILDING PARTIES (KIDS)
Duration: 90 minutes
  • We allow only cake/cupcakes, drinks, and light snacks at this time. No hot foods
  • Only 1-4 parents are allowed to stay in the studio. All parties are drop-off 
  • The booking fee is $50 paid to confirm the date and will not be deducted from total of bill.

  • 11-14 participants -Cost: $580 (15-18 participants, additional $35 each)      
  • 19-25 participants – Cost $990 (each additional participant $35) 
  • Gratuity of 15-20% of total bill is paid to your host team member                  
  • Minimum of 8 guests. We require a firm headcount 5 days before the event. If less guests show up, you are still charged the amount of the final headcount.
  • Guests will create and paint chosen clay projects in the same sitting. Will be instructor led.
  • The pottery will be available for the host to pick up two weeks from the event.


Clay Party on the Potter’s Wheel

Duration: 2 hours for adults and kids. A non-refundable $50 party fee is required to hold your time slot, and will not be deducted from total price.
